And once stopped in Istabulm,

Summer Just Begun

I used to always see it,

On the TV…

Fairies Jumping,

Fairies singing,

“Summer Just Begun”

I thought it was so stupid,

Dancing, jumping,

Only for summer…

Like it’s just a season, I thought…

Until summer just came this year…

I felt so happy,

I felt that whole world,

Was all mine…

I started thinking,

“What am I gonna do,

In the heaven of this summer?”

Summer just begun…

Let us dance,

Let us sing,

And enjoy,

Every moment,

I stood up in the morning in the backyard.

I flew to the sky.

I flew and flew,

And flew and flew…

I sat on a cloud.

I flew towards space.

I walked on a star,

And jumped from it,

To the moon.

I went to Pluto,

And played with the aliens on that strange planet.

We had lots of fun,

And lots of happy times…

Then I crawled to Mars,

And went to a hotel,

With lots of people there...

People with three eyes!

They said they weren’t aliens,

They said they weren’t strangers.

They said they were my friends…

I slept on a pink bed,

In a room full of stardust!

The bed read me, a really nice story…

I held a galaxy,

I squeezed it in my hands,

And put it in a jar,

Under my pillow…

That was only a dream,

That will soon,

Become true…

That Was Only My Thought

I went in the morning to the AUB.

I fixed my poster,

And practiced for the presentation.

I liked the first judge,

I thought I was gonna win,

But then the second judge came.

She asked about silly stuff,

She asked if I did it alone…

Did it alone…

The next day came.

I sat on the chair.

I was waiting to hear,

My name to go to the stage,

And take my prize.

‘Elementary, science research’

That man in a gray suit said.

The 3^rd prize wasn’t mine,

Neither the second one…

My heartbeat increased…

I thought I was the first,

But it was for the,

 ‘Tick, tack, toe’ project…

I felt that all my work,

In the lab was gone…

But then I remembered,

That I’m gonna present my project,

In another science fair…

And I knew that the second judge,

The judge in the orange skirt,

Made me lose…

That's why I Hate You!

You made me stay,

Alone in my room,

Sitting on my desk,

Far from mom and dad,

Far from my siblings,

Cause they were downstairs.

You made me stay,

A whole day in my room,

Drawing circles, writing fractions,

And stuff I will never use…

Mr. Math you made stay up late,

Wake up really late for school,

That’s why I forgot, my brain on my desk.
